About this Event
Join us at Flow & Glow Glass Studio with guest instructor, Freckles and Flux, for a hands-on stained glass workshop where you’ll create your own bumblebee using the copper foil method. The studio is located inside Canal Creative.
In this class, you’ll learn how to:
- Foil and burnish glass pieces
- Apply solder
- Polish your piece to make it shine
✨ No cutting or grinding—just assembling and finishing.

📍 Enter the CANAL CREATIVE through the lower lot entrance off Harvard Place. Enter the Makers Space hallway and the glass studio is first on the right.
⚠️ Includes soldering. Not recommended for those who are pregnant or nursing. Closed-toe shoes required.In this workshop, you’ll learn the art of the copper foil stained glass method. You’ll be guided through foiling and burnishing your pieces, applying solder, and finishing with polish to make your piece shine.
Please note: this class does not include cutting or grinding glass. This class contains soldering and is not intended for women who are pregnant or nursing. Participants may choose between clear or opaque yellow for the body and brown for the head. Iridized class for the wings may vary slightly from photo.
