Staging Friday September 11th 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM in the basement of Bay 4. Staging Saturday 12th Morning 5:00 AM-7:30 AM in the basement of Bay 4 as well.
Judges/clerk meeting Saturday at 7:30 AM in the basement of Bay 4, judging to start promptly after that.
Bring your flowers on Friday to set up for the big Saturday show. The club will provide help, vases, foam, flower tags, etc. Just bring your flowers-knowing their names/ADS classification number would be immensely helpful. And print out a copy of the fair dahlias exhibitors if you can.

Flowers will be judged Saturday morning. We need help with the judging. Please let me know if you can come Saturday morning to help "clerk" (assist the judges). Volunteers get paid entry to the fair and paid parking.
Turn in your Spokane interstate fair entry form so that the club can mail you a free parking pass, this is the last page of the exhibitors guide.
