🌊 Soutenus par la carte des 5Rythmes®, nous suivrons un processus explorant les rituels avec présence et conscience. Un espace pour expérimenter. Pour laisser le corps trouver sa propre sagesse. Comment déposer, traverser, et poser une intention dans chaque pas?
🤚🏿Un espace où le corps se relie, à soi, aux autres, à plus grand. Là où, une mémoire ancestrale prend corps à travers nous.
🤲🏼 Les rituels traversent nos vies depuis la nuit des temps. Ils façonnent nos gestes, nos rythmes, nos manières d’être au monde. Dans différentes traditions, ils soutiennent le soin, la transformation. Durant cette exploration, nous aurons l'occasion entre autres de découvrir la sagesse et des rituels balinai, île des dieux et lieu de résidence de Sophie depuis 12 ans.

🤲🏾 Rituals have part of our lives since the dawn of time. They shape our gestures, our rhythms, our ways of being in the world. In different traditions, they support healing and transformation. During this exploration, we will also discover the wisdom and rituals of Bali, the island of the gods where Sophie has been living for 12 years.
