Staffordshire Cultural Events CIC / LR Partnership Events has been asked to organise the Staffordshire Day celebration in Stafford town centre this year.Although the official Staffordshire Day takes place on Friday 1st May, the main public celebration in Stafford, the county town of Staffordshire, will take place on the Bank Holiday Monday so that more families and visitors can attend.
The event will take place in Stafford town centre and will include street food traders, community stalls, displays and activities taking place throughout the day. The Vibe 1 Radio Roadshow will also be part of the event, with presenters broadcasting from the town centre and providing music during the event.
The celebration recognises Staffordshire Day while highlighting Stafford’s role as the county town and providing an opportunity for local organisations, businesses and community groups to be part of the day.
Traders and stallholders who would like to take part are invited to request a booking form by emailing [email protected]. Booking enquiries are being handled by Nikki, PR, Marketing and Administration Officer.
Further announcements about the programme and activities planned for the day will be released in the coming weeks.
