Join Kim Burns DPT OCS in Bellingham Washington for an an ongoing and all levels group class focused on teaching Kim’s highly successful corrective exercise progression especially tailored for those living with hypermobility to restore active posture control, help reduce pain, repeated injuries and increase comfort with daily life and physical activity for people who are living with Hypermobility. Each class will begin with time for questions! The hope is also to create some community for others living with Similar difficulties.
