POUND & POUR returns to the Biergarten at Straight to Ale Brewing for another summer of ripstix, rhythms, and cold drinks. This is your sign to stop scrolling and start moving.

📍 Where: Straight to Ale Brewing — 2610 Clinton Ave. W, Huntsville, AL
Meet us on the Clinton Ave. side of the building in the Biergarten (outside the coffee shop)
⏰ Arrive at 6:15 PM to pay and set up — class starts promptly at 6:30 PM!
🎶 What is POUND?
POUND® is a full-body cardio jam session that combines Yoga, Pilates, and strength training — all set to high-energy music using lightly weighted Ripstix® drumsticks. It's loud, it's sweaty, it's a vibe. New to POUND? Watch this and try not to smile 😄

💚 Pricing — pay at the door:

🍺 $20 — Class + your first drink
