YES WE ARE ABSOLUTELY OPEN THIS WEEKEND! We at the St. Philip's Plaza Market know that consistency matters in every business. That's why our market has stood the test of time of almost two decades, providing a dependable platform for artists, makers, musicians and most importantly, our customers - week after week, year after year. We're not just a "sometimes" market open one week and closed the next, we are open 52 weekends a year, rain or shine, even on holidays - because we know to keep our artist and maker communities thriving, we can't interrupt their household flow of income just because the circumstances are inconvenient ... because we need a vacation or, because it's hot. In business, consistency is EVERYTHING. Our customers have told us that they appreciate that we are reliably and predictably open and operational all year, both Saturdays and Sundays, whenever they decide to visit, to support their favorite makers and to purchase their favorite products. Thank you so much Tucson for your positive feedback, we appreciate all of your comments at our management table each week about the exceptional high vibrational energy of our seller community, our incredible products, our delectable food, our top-tier music programming and our stunning venue! At the St Philip's Plaza Market, our total concentration is on QUALITY OF PRODUCTS, and CONSISTENCY OF SCHEDULE. Our sellers and our products are carefully curated with our customers in mind, while our summertime schedule is aimed at providing you with the best experience in the early hours of the day. We know and understand our customer demographic and provide the highest quality products and experience with you in mind. Come celebrate with us this summer before the heat of the day as we showcase Tucson's most notable artists and makers in all media types - woodcrafting, silversmithing and jewelry making, exquisite clay pottery, beautifully crafted and authentic Mexican and Native American merchandise, sparkly suncatchers and glimmery yard art, lush plants and cactus for your home and garden, luxurious artisan soaps and soothing skincare, quirky metal art to make you laugh, and SOOO much more. Come take a stroll on our winding pathways and enjoy our phenomenal LIVE MUSIC in the shady grass under the towering Sycamore trees with a cold iced tea or wander artist and maker canopies surrounded by our cool, flowing fountains while you shop from the tables of Tucson's most notable names in our creative community. The only thing more chill than our energy is our shaded sidewalks. 🙂
In addition to supporting our local artist and maker communities, the St Philip's Plaza Market is also a huge supporter of Tucson's top tier music scene! Back by HUGE demand is the absolutely phenomenal Paul Opocensky Project this Saturday 5/23 from 8 am - 12 pm and we are so excited to welcome back Tucson's biggest name in country music, Jack Bishop on Sunday 5/24 from 8 am - 12 pm.
Afterward, be sure to bring your appetite for a yummy lunch from hundreds of choices with a frosty margarita flight in the cool air conditioning of Reforma Modern Mexican. Mezcal + Tequila, Union Public House, and Proof Artisanal Pizza & Pasta, or sip a cold brew coffee or fresh iced tea from Ren Coffeehouse.
