Chain of Lakes parkrun was launched March 16, 2019. SEVEN years ago!! What better way to celebrate than with St. Patrick’s fun! ☘️
parkrun is a free, weekly, timed 5k. First-timers briefing is top o’ the mornin’ at 8:50, pre-run brief is at 8:55.
You can walk, run, volunteer, or spectate! Kids are welcome with a guardian, strollers are permitted, 1 dog allowed per participant on a short handheld leash.
All you need to do is register one time (for free!) at https://www.parkrun.ca/register/ and bring your barcode with you.
We hope to see you there! Join us for coffee afterwards at the 5k Cafe.
