We are quickly approaching our annual St. Patrick’s Day fundraiser for the school! Each year during the parade, we host a food sale featuring pulled pork sandwiches, hamburgers, hot dogs, drinks, and sides.
To help keep food costs as low as possible, we kindly ask for donations of food and supplies. Items can be dropped off in Janice’s office anytime before Wednesday, March 11. If you would prefer to make a monetary donation toward supplies, please let Janice know. Monetary donations will be used to purchase needed items from Sam’s Club.
There are many ways for parents to get involved! We are currently looking for:
Volunteers for prep on Saturday, March 14 and early Sunday, March 15
Volunteers to work during the parade
Dessert donations to sell before and during the parade
We welcome cookies, bars, snack mix, Rice Krispies treats, and other easy-to-serve finger desserts. (Please, no cakes or pies.)
Please contact Janice directly if you have any questions, would like to volunteer that weekend, or would like to donate treats.
This is our second-largest fundraiser of the year and is extremely important in helping us raise funds to support the school’s 2026 budget. We truly appreciate your support!
