St Patrick's has an 1898 3/39 Norman & Beard organ described by Kelvin Hastie as "noteworthy for the brilliance and cohesiveness of its choruses, which are immense-loud, rather than aggressive-loud, its superb reeds...and the kaleidoscope of tone colours available in the array of flutes and strings." We are fortunate to have a day set aside to play and record this important instrument.
