Once Upon a Tune is joining Horsetooth Tavern for a rollicking St. Paddy's party this upcoming season of all things Irish! This is your chance to do a jig, grab your sweetheart for an Irish waltz around the room, and connect with the voices from long ago of heartache, love, and life. We'll be playing the traditional dance tunes and songs of Ireland, Scotland, and Cape Breton.
Born in 2017 from the solid bedrock of Fort Collins’ thriving Irish scene at Mulligan’s Pub, Once Upon a Tune is a lively, traditional, Celtic trio featuring the inspired, creative fiddle musings of Janel Vanderwarf, expressive guitar rhythms of Scott Steidley, and primal bodhran accompaniment of Mary Ellen Watterson. Join this trio for an exciting evening and you’ll hardly keep your feet still!
