Monthly Meditation Evening ✨
A gentle invitation to pause, slow down, and make time for yourself. This is your space to switch off from the busyness of life, reconnect with your inner calm, and realign with your own rhythm. Each gathering offers a warm, welcoming environment to rest, reflect, and nurture your wellbeing.
Through guided meditation, visualisation and reflection, we’ll spend a full hour dedicated entirely to you – your mind, body and spirit. Whether you’re new to meditation or have an established practice, these evenings are designed to help you release tension, cultivate clarity, and return to yourself feeling centred, refreshed and restored.
No experience needed and all are warmly welcome 💖
Where: Brook House, St Neots, PE19 2BP
When: Third Sunday of every month, 7.30 - 8.30PM
Exchange: £17 per person | Spaces are limited | Booking essential
What to bring: a yoga or exercise mat, cushion and blanket if you want to lie down, or chairs are provided if you’d prefer to sit. I also recommend bringing a bottle of water with you.
