2025 St. John PTO Bazaar & LuncheonSJS Families-
Please join us for the St. John PTO and Catholic Order of Forester’s (COF) Bazaar after mass on Sunday, November 9th from 11:00am- 2:00pm in the St. John Multipurpose Room & upper gym. For our new families, The St. John Bazaar is a great fundraiser for St. John teachers and school. This is a fun family-friendly event for all to enjoy. We hope you can join us, support our wonderful St. John PTO and enjoy some good food, fun, and fellowship! ALL are welcome!
Class Ornaments! Each class will be creating two ornaments per student for purchase with proceeds going to the SJS PTO Bazaar. Both class ornaments will be available for FREE WILL DONATION. We will send out notices when you can send your monetary donations to school with your child via classroom letters and the PTO St. John Facebook page and the 2025 St. John PTO and COF Bazaar & Luncheon Facebook event. The week leading up to the event we will announce classroom donation updates so stay tuned! The classroom reward for winning this challenge is still being discussed with teachers and staff…MAKE SURE TO STAY TUNED BECAUSE IT’S GOING TO BE SO GOOD! The class ornaments will be available for pick up, and purchase if you haven’t yet, at the event in the multipurpose room.
FOOD! Chili! Maid rites! Mac-N-Cheese! We will have three different meal options along with À la carte items. Please come eat, socialize, and have a great time with us!
KIDS GYM! The dunk tank is back! The inflatables are back! The face painting is back! Make sure to come to this family-friendly event, bring your friends, and check out ALL the fun!
SILENT AUCTION!This year we have decided to NOT request donations for a cookie and candy booth. Instead we are going to focus on our silent auction and try to make it bigger and better than ever! Since we are not requesting donations of cookies and candies, would you consider donating items towards the silent auction? This can still be baked goods if that is your jam (a dozen or two of cookies, sour dough bread, bars, whatever is your specialty)! We’re also looking for fun baskets, individual items, handmade talents, and experiences! Please contact one of the bazaar members if you have something you’d like to share. We appreciate you!
TIME & DONATIONS! We have several volunteer and donation opportunities available for this event. If you would like to volunteer or give a donation please check out the Bazaar Volunteer spreadsheets or let us know! Volunteer and donation spreadsheets will be sent out soon!
