Now in its eighteenth year, St George’s Art has become a premier annual event in art education in Western Australia, attracting schools from all sectors. Participation in this exhibition provides an outstanding opportunity for schools to present work by students in Years 10, 11 and 12, in the unique setting of the Cathedral. At the Gala Awards Night, prizes are awarded to selected works by a prestigious panel of judges.There is no charge to exhibitors, ensuring all young artists are able to participate, and prizes are offered as a worthwhile incentive. The event is supported by the Anglican Community Fund, Cathedral Square, St George's Cathedral Arts Foundation donations, and corporate sponsorship.
