St Denys Carnival 2026: Pirates of the River Itchen

Following a successful comeback in 2025, St Denys Carnival returns as part of a week-long arts festival in St Denys on Saturday 23rd May (subject to securing the necessary permits).
St Denys Community Centre will be the main base for the parade start and finish but we are also joined by our sister venues St Denys Social Club, St Denys Church and the New Testament Church of God (NTCG), plus festivities continue in the nearby pubs and St Denys Social club until late.
The theme for this year’s carnival parade is ‘Pirates of the River Itchen’ and we welcome small floats powered by foot, pedal or electric motors.
We are now taking bookings for craft stalls and trader pitches at the Community Centre: https://form.jotform.com/253276795384371. There are also opportunities for stalls at St Denys Social Club and the New Testament Church of God (NTCG) - please contact the venues direct to enquire further.
