About this Event
What is an Empty Bowls Event?
Empty Bowls is a grassroots movement in cities around the world bringing together artists, craftspeople, and community members to raise money for food-related charities who care for and feed the hungry in their Communities.
St. Croix Valley Food Bank's Empty Bowls event will raise both financial support and awareness needed to fight and end hunger in the St. Croix Valley region of Wisconsin.
Guests will get to eat some delicious soup provided by local restaurants and take home a bowl crafted by local artists. Please join us for an evening of fun and food all while supporting hunger relief efforts in our community.
Who is the St. Croix Valley Food Bank?
We are a newly established food bank serving Polk, Pierce, St. Croix, and Burnett counties in western Wisconsin. The Food Bank is a food distribution center which provides free and reduced cost food to food shelves, backpack programs, food pantries and other hunger relief partners in the St. Criox Valley.
