St. Brigid is one of Ireland’s three patron saints, alongside St. Colmcille and St. Patrick. The origins of her Feast Day honored Brigid as the goddess of poetry, healing, and fire, and marked the beginning of spring. The day is also seen as a way to celebrate women! Hear the story of St. Brigid while enjoying traditional Irish music featuring Nikki Custy, Samantha McNamara, Tessa Thistlethwaite, Tiffany Schaefer, Maureen Conway Reich, Mary Ann Beach, Karyn Morgan, Mary Agnes Kennedy, and more to come!
