‘Sustainable Borders’ invitation to St Boswells…Get one-on-one energy saving advice and tips, meet our expert Energy Advisors while you enjoy a free cup of coffee, tea, delicious soup and sandwiches.
Sustainable Borders will be in the St Boswells Village Hall, Friday 28th November, drop-in from 12.30pm to 4.30pm.
Residents will be able to sign-up for a FREE home energy visit that includes energy saving measures with the visit.
Information on grants and loans will be provided as well as quick tips to save energy at home and save money on bills.
Sustainable Borders provides free and impartial energy advice to anyone living within the Scottish Borders to get their homes warm this winter. We can provide advice and support with:
• Bills, tariffs and fuel debt
• Accessing grants and schemes, including the Warm Home Discount
• Energy efficiency and home renewables
• Referrals for benefits and income maximisation advice
• Free energy-saving measures
If you already have solar panels, our Energy Advisors can help you access your Smart Export Guarantee (SEG) payments.
Visitors will have access to a range of specialists to find out more on low-carbon heating technologies and solar PV to make homes more energy-efficient.
Local community support organisations will be hosting stalls, providing information on event more support and advice.
