Another year for the FREE St. Anne’s on the Sea Music Festival & Fantasy Fayre.The increasingly popular event will be running across the late Summer Bank Holiday Weekend, Saturday 29 until Monday 31 August. This year will again see the event expanding out from its primary location in Ashton Gardens into the town centre.
The Main Stage and Fantasy Arena are situated near the main gates in Ashton Gardens, bringing the best of tribute and cover bands, Vikings, axe throwing and more. The Fantasy Marquee once again brings magic, creativity and a festival market back to Ashton Gardens along with a The Introducing Stage at The Pavilion Café, showcasing local original bands and musicians. The St. Anne’s Palace, Garden Street, hosts the towns first Dungeons & Dragons, Warhammer and model painting workshops. The music continues in the Amphitheatre with performances running across the 3 days and finally the town will buzz into the evenings with singers, vinyl and more in many of the bars and restaurants around the square.
