End your week with deep relaxation in a unique Sound Bath at St. Saviour’s Church, Sandpit Lane, St Albans. This immersive Sound Bath evening offers a rare opportunity to relax, calm your mind, and release body tension in the beautiful, serene atmosphere of this historic church.

In the stunning acoustics of St. Saviour’s Church, the soothing sounds of Solfeggio frequency crystal bowls, along with other beautiful instruments, will guide you into a deeply relaxed, meditative state. Solfeggio frequencies are ancient sound healing tones believed to have been used by Gregorian monks in their chants. These frequencies are thought to promote healing, balance energy, and restore harmony within the body and mind. The vibrations from the crystal bowls, tuned to these frequencies, can help release energy blockages, calm the nervous system, and bring a profound sense of peace.
What to Expect:
• Sound Bath: Experience the healing power of Solfeggio frequency crystal bowls, along with other instruments such as tuned pipes, chimes, and the sun gong. These sounds will envelop you, helping to dissolve tension, uplift your spirit, and create deep relaxation. Let the sacred sounds bring you back to balance and leave you feeling rejuvenated.

• Relax and Restore: This one-hour session will leave you feeling deeply relaxed and at peace. It’s the perfect way to close the week with mindfulness and self-care.

Tickets: £18 per person or £30 for two. Limited spaces are available for this one-off event, so book early to secure your place.
Location:
St. Saviour’s Church, Sandpit Lane, St Albans
Parking is available on-site and on nearby roads. We encourage car sharing where possible. Door open at 5:50PM and we'll start at 6PM - unfortunately late comers can not be accommodated due to disturbing other participants.
What to Bring and Wear:
• A yoga mat or comfortable surface to lie on
• A pillow for head support
• Blankets and warm clothing to stay cosy - it's a beautiful but old church which can get chilly in the evening, so please wrap up warm, lots of layers and feel free to even bring a duvet or sleeping bag!
• An eye mask or pillow (optional but recommended to enhance your experience)
• Warm socks and comfortable clothes
• A bottle of water (please come hydrated and on a light stomach)
Suitability:
This session is suitable for everyone aged 16 and over. If aged 16-17, a parent must be present or provide written consent to attend. It is not recommended for those with pacemakers, epilepsy, sound sensitivity (e.g., tinnitus), and pregnant women in the first trimester. Please discuss suitability with us before booking if you have any queries.
If You’re Unable to Attend:
If you’re unable to make it, we’re sorry to miss you. Your ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable to another date; however, you are welcome to sell or gift your ticket to someone else. Please email [email protected] with the name and email address of the recipient at least 3 hours before the event to validate the transfer.
