This fixture is part of a series of events honouring the life of Frank Soo, who is finally being inducted into the National Football Museum’s Hall of Fame.Frank was the first player of ethnic minority background to represent England and played for Chelmsford City between 1948-1950 and then managed St Albans City after his playing career had finished.
A real legend, he has for many years been overlooked. His induction comes after many years of campaigning and recognises the importance a second-generation mixed-race Asian has in the make-up of football in this country.
The clubhouse and pitchside bars serve a range of craft beers, ales, lagers, and cider from local brewer, Mad Squirrel, as well as wines and G&Ts.
We have a fantastic range of food concessions around the ground including the popular Chicken George, Riot Burgers, The Pie Guys, and Nomad Coffee & Crepes!
