**No registration fees for judges
2) Format: British parliamentary, 4 rounds + finals, 7-minute speeches.
3) Team cap: 40 teams
4) N-1 rule - each institution participating should bring teams - 1 judges (e.g. if your institution registers 3 teams, please register 2 judges)
**Missing judge fee: 15€
5) Please note that a team is only eligible to break, if at least one person in the team is an Amateur.
For this tournament, an Amateur is:
- A debater with less than a year of university BP experience, and
- A debater with less than two years of any debate experience in
any format (including university BP in the total count), and
- A debater with no Open breaks at major international
competitions (regardless of the format).
