Chef Clare had the pleasure of spending the summer learning about Sri Lankan cooking, visiting local chefs and tasting lots of delicious food. She would now love to share her knowledge and experiences.You will be welcomed with a cocktail (or mocktial) and then spend the next 2.5 hours cooking ending the evening with a group meal. We will be cooking the following:
- Hoppers with sambol
- Devilled chicken
- Kottu
- Squash curry
We are more than happy to adapt dishes for dietary requirements. you will have your own cooking station and there will be lots of food to take home, along with a series of recipe cards. All this for £55.
