Join Squeezed Pilates on Tuesday, January 20 at 6:30 pm for Hip-Hop Sculpt Flow, a high-energy, feel-good pilates experience designed to move with intention and rhythm in the hotel’s Great Room. This low-impact yet deeply effective class is set to hip-hop and R&B, blending controlled movement, mobility, and deep core activation to sculpt, strengthen, and challenge the body.
The session flows through a pilates-based sculpt sequence that emphasizes precision and mind-body connection, building strength and confidence with every movement. The class concludes with a short, uplifting dance-cardio finish, designed to raise the heart rate, boost energy, and leave you feeling empowered and refreshed.
Don’t forget to bring your mat, towel, and water bottle.
