Parking is available in the surrounding lots near the park, including areas near McKenna Coffee and Real Life Church. Please allow a few extra minutes to park and walk over.

Bring a mat, water, and any shade your baby may need while we enjoy time outdoors together. Babies are always welcome.

We’ll spend the morning connecting through movement, sunshine, and community in a supportive space for moms.

This event is hosted by BabeFit by Cave Training and is the first of three community pop-ups happening over the next few months, with additional events planned for April and May at different locations. ☀️👶💪
