Brewery Tours with Ruby Beach staff and special guest speaker, Dr. Nathan Palardy UF/IFAS College of Agricultural and Life Sciences, Department of Food & Resource Economics. Dr. Nathan Palardy will share the fascinating world of beer, business, and brewing economics.
Seed & Plant Swap:
Bring your seeds or plant starts to trade with fellow growers! There will also be seasonal planting guides from IFAS and hands on seed starting demonstrations provided.
Sasquatch Patch:
Visit the Sasquatch Pumpkin Patch featuring patty pans, zucchinis, and marmalade-style squashes.
Games & Fun:
Old-fashioned sack race
Three-legged race

Squash Toss (ring toss over real squash!)
Hay Maze (organized by Prissy) — complete with educational signs to learn as you wander through!
Farm Market Stands:
Shop fresh, local produce from Chandanko Farm, the Herban Bee and Down to Earth Farm.
