🌟 Volunteer with YMCA Taunton – Spruce Up Saturday! 🌟Thanks to a recent YIF grant, we’ve been able to extend and improve our centre – with more rooms and facilities now very nearly ready to welcome the community. Once we’ve fully reopened, we’ll be able to do even more to support local people of all ages.
However, before then, some of our older areas need a little TLC – and we’d love your help!
Our building is 50 years old this year so we’re looking for volunteers who can spare just 3 hours to help with jobs such as:
🎨 Painting & decorating
🪵 Cleaning & tidying
🌱 Weeding, gardening and grass cutting
🪑 Cleaning upholstered chairs
🔧 Fitting shelves, hanging tvs & signs
☕ Making tea and bacon rolls to keep everyone going!
Are you a painter, decorator, cleaner or handy with DIY? Or maybe just keen to muck in with a smile? Whatever your skills, we’d love to have you on the team.

⏰ Time: 9am – 12 noon
📍 Where: YMCA Taunton, Lisieux Way
