Step into a night of live jazz, vintage style, and springtime charm! The Dance Friends would like to invite you to celebrate with us by swingin’ into the new season during our Springtime Swing Soiree!
This’ll be your chance don your pastel shirts, stylish vintage suits, and finest spring dresses. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or brand new to swing, out with a group or riding solo, we’d like to offer you a night of class, culture, and community.
Start with a beginner-friendly swing lesson, then hit the floor for a full night of social dancing for all levels. In between dancing, take the opportunity to participate in games, contests, and photo opportunities to show off your style.
Introducing our live Jazz band The Lawrence Olds Quartet for the first time at a Dance Friends VA live event: Featuring timeless swing favorites from legends like Cole Porter, Duke Ellington, Johnny Mercer, and Count Basie.
