Future proof some time for yourself, to be looked after with nourishing food and nurturing yoga, join me on this special mid-week retreat, to soak in the beautiful colours of spring.Taking place at the lovely Franciscan Centre on the outskirts of leafy Godalming in Surrey. The centre make all their own wonderful home cooked food and of course we'll be practising lots of lovely yoga.
Arrival 3pm on Tuesday 26th, departure after lunch on Thursday 29th May.
A full programme will be on offer, participate in as much or as little as feels right for you.
Energising morning practices, restorative afternoon sessions, yoga philosophy, yoga nidra, meditation and sound healing with Biofield Tuning.
Fully catered including breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea/coffee available throughout.
Early Bird pricing of £395 pp based on single occupancy ensuite accommodation is available if booked prior to 27th May 2025, the price increases to £425 thereafter.
Double, twin and triple rooms are available subject to availability.
£100 non refundable deposit to secure your place with the balance due by 17th April 2025.
