Stepping into Spring with a beautiful afternoon of uplifting yoga and practises to lift your energy and spirits. Spring is the season to harness renewed and rising energy and the perfect time to tap into your creative side!

I’m pleased to welcome Lizzie from The Soul Studio to our spring workshop. Lizzie will be sharing an introduction to flower essences and guiding everyone to intuitively choose and create their own bespoke flower essence spray to take home.
Lizzie is a reflexologist, energy worker and flower essence practitioner whose work is deeply influenced by the seasons and natural rhythms, supporting people to slow down and reconnect with themselves.
