About this Event
Join us for 60 minutes of slow flow yoga followed by some spring-themed journaling. Emerging from the cold and dark of winter, we will warm our bodies through mindful yoga practice, linking breath to movement. A blend of balance, strength and rest to leave you feeling energised and restored ahead of the lighter months. Bring a journal/notebook and pen!
This class is suitable for all levels of experience. You can practice on a mat or if you are a wheelchair user you can practice from your chair (see FAQ for information on lift access)
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts to make sure we are able to start on time.
