A gentle Sunday afternoon to slow down, stretch and rest.Give your body and mind a seasonal pause with this two-hour mini retreat, designed to help you slow down and replenish your energy as we move into spring.
The afternoon will combine gentle yin yoga postures with simple breathwork to encourage ease in both body and mind. We’ll also include deeply restful restorative poses, with longer, well-supported holds, giving you time to settle, soften and fully unwind.
As the body begins to relax in this way, the nervous system is gently soothed and tension can start to melt away, leaving a sense of calm and balance.
The session will conclude with Yoga Nidra, a guided relaxation often described as yogic sleep, allowing you to rest deeply and leave feeling grounded, refreshed and quietly renewed.
£25 per person.
Includes the full two-hour practice and cakes to take home and enjoy afterwards.
