Embrace the awakening energy of spring with a 90-minute Yin Yoga and Aromatherapy multi-sensory experience designed to nurture your body, mind, and breath.
This cozy, candlelit session class combines the deeply restorative practice of Yin Yoga — long-held poses to stretch connective tissues, improve circulation, and foster introspection — with the therapeutic benefits of spring-inspired essential oils. Poses are thoughtfully paired with high-quality oils that are used aromatically and self or teacher applied to support you in this season of renewal and hope. Spots are limited to ensure a quality experience.
All levels are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing, and bring a mat, water and an open heart for this profound self-care class.
Ellen is an experienced registered yoga teacher and a Mountaingoat “alumni”. Her teaching mission is simple: offer yoga classes, workshops and retreats that leave participants feeling better and more in tune with themselves.
