About this Event
Take an immersive sensory journey through the green light under the woodland canopy. Journey with Nicky and Jon as we weave a path though the country park to help you slow down, reconnect, and be in the moment. Along the way there will be exploration, immersive activities, mini-forest bathing, mini-sound bath and tisane tasting in the walled garden.

Cost: £15 per person, booking required
Accessibility: This event takes place outdoors and involves walking and standing on a mixed terrain which may be uneven or muddy underfoot. The walking element will be led at a slow pace. Meeting point: We will meet outside the main Brandon Country Park visitor centre (please note this event will end outside of the opening hours of the visitor centre).

Parking: Paid parking is available onsite. Parking charges apply. Find out more information HERE
Toilets: There are toilets on site that will be open until 4.30pm. Please note this event ends after the Park's toilets are closed so there will be no toilet facilities on site at that point.
What to bring:
Please wear weather-appropriate clothing and footwear. We would advise wearing long sleeves, closed toe footwear and having legs covered. You may wish to bring extra layers and rain protection too.
There will be a treelaxation session involved so please bring a picnic blanket or yoga mat to lie on.
Dogs: Unfortunately, no dogs allowed at this event.
