An Evening of Springtime FlavorsJoin us for a curated four-course journey celebrating the transition into Spring, perfectly paired with wines from Beyond the Vine Cellars.
First Course
We’re kicking things off with a duo of coastal favorites. Enjoy a Loaded Corn Muffin—a sweet, tender corn muffin finished with cool sour cream and crisp bacon—paired with a house-made Crawfish Boulette, a savory, golden-fried Cajun fritter that brings a touch of heat to the plate.
Paired with 2024 Blanc du Bois. Bright, crisp, and refreshingly vibrant, this Blanc du Bois is a true celebration of citrus-forward flavor. With each sip, enjoy the lively notes of lemon zest, green apple, and a hint of tropical fruit that dance on the palate.
Second Course
A light, refreshing Berry-Sunflower Seed Salad follows. Featuring fresh berries and toasted sunflower seeds for a satisfying crunch, it’s tossed in a bright berry vinaigrette to cleanse the palate before the main event.
Paired with 2023 Madam Rouge. Bursting with the lush flavors of fresh cherries, strawberries, and raspberries, this Sweet Red Blend is a true crowd-pleaser. This smooth, fruit-forward wine offers a rich, juicy profile that’s as delightful to sip as it is to share.
Third Course
Choose your favorite from two different preparations:
Peppercorn Baseball Steak: A thick, tender cut seared to perfection and smothered in a velvety, cracked peppercorn cream sauce.
Panko-Crusted Tuna: A fresh tuna steak with a delicate, golden-fried crust.
Both selections are served with our unique Garlic & Green Apple Mashed Potatoes—where the tartness of the apple cuts beautifully through the rich garlic—and a side of classic, silky Creamed Spinach.
Paired with 2023 Tempranillo. Indulge in the depth of this Dry Red Wine, where rich notes of black cherries meet smooth, velvety tannins for a perfectly balanced experience. This wine is made to savor with a well-seasoned steak and the company of loved ones, bringing warmth and elegance to any gathering.
Fourth Course
We’re ending the night with a vibrant twist on a classic. Our Tropical Baked Alaska features moist coconut cake and a zesty pineapple-brown sugar sorbet, piled high with toasted homemade meringue. It’s finished with the crunch of roasted macadamia nuts and the bright, floral notes of passion fruit.
Paired with 2024 Riesling. Indulge in the smooth, honeyed elegance of this Sweet Riesling. This inviting white wine balances a delicate sweetness with lively notes of ginger and a touch of light lemon zest.
