About this Event
Join us for a leisurely stroll through Ham Common Nature Reserve as we explore for signs of spring that are starting to emerge across the heath. From blooming sunny gorse and pollinators to birdsong and signs of new life, we’ll discover how the season is transforming this unique landscape.
Ham Common is a spectacular nature reserve home to all six native reptiles, with views that span across Poole Harbour to the Arne peninsula and the Purbeck Hills beyond.
This guided walk offers the chance to spot local wildlife, learn about heathland ecology, and enjoy the landscape at a gentle pace. Suitable for all ages, it’s a great way to discover more about the species that call our heathlands home.
