Connect with the spring medicine plants. Feel the sap rising, the vitality from the soil as the land greens and the plants help our body, mind and spirit move from the still energy of winter to the energy of spring. Mother Nature provides herbs that are cleansing, revitalising and full of super nutrients that are abundant and free and local.It's great to work in partnership with the Northern School of Permaculture and Incredible Edible Prestwich and district at Phillips park, Whitefield. We will be connecting with the seasons learning how to identify medicinal plants and make medicines with them. The workshops with be held in the Barn as we gather from the land, getting hands-on experience in making herbal remedies and wild foods. You will learn, in particular, how to work with dandelion, nettle, cleavers, and wild garlic, as well as many other plants to make healing foods, teas and medicines that include wild garlic pesto, wild green succus, and dandelion and burdock. This full day will include emailed handouts and recipes
