The overriding mission and purpose behind any undertaking is critical. Our families have been positively impacted in profound ways through a myriad of community offerings over the many years we’ve lived in the Lake Nona Community and following the global pandemic, we found our community struggling with a thirst for connectivity.

The Wellness Evening Retreat is an event created by Inspire A Movement, Inc. with the idea of creating a space based on holistic health and wellness for a true community connection. The retreat is truly an opportunity to reset and regenerate with close friends, family, and local wellness experts and engages community members with like-minded local businesses for continued wellness support even after the retreat. The retreat offerings include workshops and activities, such as yoga, mindfulness and meditation, sound healing, health and life coaching workshops and dinner for a fraction of the cost of obtaining the services separately.

All of our engagements and offerings are firmly grounded on the belief that through the fostering of community and a holistic approach to health and wellness, we can strengthen interpersonal connectedness and combat the pervasive loneliness rampaging our society, experience less stress and anxiety, adopt healthier behaviors conducive to longevity, heal in mind, body, and spirit, and garner a strong sense of wellbeing and purpose.
