Please bring a yoga mat or large towel to practice on in the grass.

Bio: Sarah Schroeder has been teaching yoga since 2011, helping students connect to their purpose, celebrate their strength, and feel most alive. In that time, Sarah has led classes in nationwide studios, gyms, and community centers, ranging from advanced vinyasa flows to senior fitness and mobility. Experienced in power vinyasa flow, yoga sculpt, restorative yoga, and meditation, Sarah creates inclusive, empowering spaces that encourage growth at every level.
