About this Event
As the days grow lighter, many people expect to feel more energised. Yet after winter, it’s common to feel slightly out of rhythm; tired, wired at night, low in motivation, or struggling to switch off.
Spring Reset is a gentle 1.5-hour community workshop focused on rebuilding energy and supporting better rest in practical, realistic ways.
This isn’t about pushing yourself into productivity. It’s about understanding what your body needs as the season changes and taking small, supported steps.
