About this Event

Step into spring with intention and renewal.

Spring Tonic is a 90-minute yoga workshop designed to awaken your body, uplift your spirit, and align you with the vibrant energy of the season.

Through a blend of movement, breath, and sound, we’ll support the body’s natural rhythm of growth and release.

Guided by Theodora and inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine, this practice focuses on the Liver and Gallbladder meridians—organs connected to spring and the Wood element, which governs vision, flexibility, and expansion.

Expect:

  • A gentle yet energising yoga flow to clear stagnation and encourage detoxification
  • Breathwork to awaken and expand after the stillness of winter
  • A deeply restorative sound bowl meditation to integrate and restore

This workshop is designed to leave you feeling clear, refreshed, and in harmony with the season’s natural rhythm—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

All levels are welcome.

Please bring:

  • A yoga mat
  • Water
  • Any props or cozy items you’d like for the sound meditation (blanket, bolster, eye pillow, etc.)

Let this be your spring reset—a chance to reconnect with your body, nourish your energy, and step into the new season with clarity and ease.
