It's Spring! The herbs are green and the flowers are blooming, time to grow your medicine cabinet! Spring Tonic Making is a wonderful chance to demystify the process of herbal medicine making. Under the guidance of a seasoned professional herbalist you will be sure to leave the class feeling confident in your newfound skills and knowledge.
If you have a budding interest in foraging native/abundant herbs + flowers, and how to work with them; this class is for you!
All ages welcome. Come solo or invite friends and family.
Iza is a queer Indigenous herbalist. They are also a play based educator, and believe in the felt wisdom found within playfulness, sensory experiences, and community.
