About this Event
If you're feeling blocked, off-balance, or just need a pick-me-up, join us for this very gentle, beginner-friendly yoga class that is more about the spiritual process than the movement. We will rid ourselves of negative and stagnant energies and realign our chakras through movement, guided meditation, positive affirmations, pranayama (breathing exercises), and more. This experience will leave you feeling refreshed and empowered. Bring a yoga mat!
Shauntelle is RYT certified in Hatha and Yin Yoga. She has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for 5 years. She's also a practicing witch of 20 years, and combines these two crafts to help create powerful experiences for her students.
