Motanka Dolls (Мотанка) are ancient Slavic family talismans, primarily from Ukraine. They are the symbol of prosperity, goodness, and hope! The first knotted dolls appeared about 5,000 years ago, and represented the unity of the family and deep connection between multiple generations.
Join us for a very special Make & Mead lead by Tania Yager & make your own Motanka inspired prosperity doll!
Sunday March 2nd, 2pm to 4:30pm
$45 for take home packet with notes on how to make these little beauties at home, in class materials for your make and take construstion, & a free pour of Twisted Horn mead or cider!
