Spring Swing

May 4th, 2024, SATURDAY; Courtyard Cafe, Harvard Medical School Quad, Boston MA, 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM

6:00 PM - 7:30 PM – Swing Dance lesson led by Jesse Han, a Student Center Arts Fellow

7:30 PM - 9:00 PM – Live jazz music by Colescott & His Red Hots

Ticket admission includes 2-free drinks (and additional drink tickets thereafter can be purchased for $5 (cash) at the check-in table- we will not have change for $100 bills), appetizers, a live jazz band, dance instruction, DJ, and photobooth.

Event attire is cocktail. Need inspiration for your outfits? This year's theme will be La La Land

(We encourage you to dress in the theme, but please dress however you feel comfortable with for this event!)

Notes:

Harvard ID holders must bring their IDs.

All attendees must be 21 years and older.

A valid government ID confirming your age is required to obtain any alcoholic beverage.

*Please note that there is no entry or reentry after 8:30 PM and no unregistered attendee will be allowed into the venue after 9:30 PM*

Ticket entry will only be permitted in the name of the registrant and tickets reassigned to a different owner must be communicated to us via email in advance of the event (24 hours) at [email protected]. Day of switching of tickets are permitted BUT you will need to show proof of transfer via a written testament.
