You’ll be resting on the floor with a yoga mat and blankets. Participants are encouraged to bring their own mat, blankets, pillows, eye masks, or any personal comfort items. Please arrive hydrated and on time. Doors will be locked at the class start time to protect the container of the experience. This class is accessible to all levels and does not require prior experience with meditation or sound healing.
