About this Event
This sound journey will be an immersive experience to help nurture your mind, body, and spirit and an opportunity to reduce stress, reset, and balance your energies. The session will be conducted primarily using quartz crystal bowls and may include other vibrational instruments like chimes, drums, singing pyramid, and gong.
All are welcome but space is limited.
No experience is necessary.
Come with an open heart and mind.

Parking lot is right outside the studio. Street parking is available.
Bring a blanket or mat to sit or lie down on during the session. Optional items to bring are an eye pillow or mask, pillow, and an extra blanket. Wear whatever is comfortable for you and bring water to drink.
No outside food is allowed. Water is ok.
Allow time to find parking. As a courtesy to the facilitator and attendees, please be prompt. Thank you!
