This meditative experience offers a unique and immersive way to rejuvenate the mind, body and soul as we step into Spring.
✨In the dimly lit, cosy space move gently with us and then sink into stillness - EXPERIENCE:
- A Mindful Movement practice - to release tension & promote body breath connection.
- A Soothing Guided Relaxation - to quiet the mind and nurture a sense of inner ease.
- Over an hour of Soulful Sound Healing Vibrations with quartz crystal bowls, chimes, ocean drum, voice, shruti, kalimba, shaman drum, handpan, native American flute… to name just a few.
✨Combining these 3 healing practices:
- Can enable you to drop down into your parasympathetic nervous system, the place where the body can heal and renew itself.
- Can promote relaxation and reduce stress, inspire a meditative state and help us connect us to the present moment...the only moment there is.

💫 What is Sound Healing: Sound healing, alternatively known as Sound Therapy or Vibrational Medicine, is the practice of using sound and frequency to bring harmony, healing and relaxation to the body, mind & soul. Vibrations from the instruments & sacred chant assist the release of energetic and emotional blockages in the body and stimulate healing.
💫 What is Mindful Movement: A gentle, meditative practice infusing conscious movement, breath awareness, and present-moment focus. An approach to movement that focuses on the internal experience and feeling of the movement instead of what it looks like from the outside. It invites you to reconnect with your inner wisdom and restore balance, presence, and calm.

Our mission is to hold space for those wishing to grow in self-acceptance, love, and consciousness. We are dedicated to helping individuals foster deeper connections with themselves and others, enhance their mental and emotional growth and improve their physical wellness. Combined we have a rich amount of training and experience in sound therapy, yoga, meditation, breathwork, sacred voice, movement medicine and women circles.

💫 What to bring/wear:
· A yoga mat
. A blanket
· Something to cover your eyes
· Water to harmonise it during the sound healing and to hydrate after the session
· Wear cosy warm clothes
· Bring anything that will allow you to rest deeply.
· We will not generate heat in this session, your body temperature WILL drop. Please prepare with this in mind
· We respectfully ask that you do not bring your phone into the session as we move away from our usual state of more or less constant doing and move into a state of being and resting
· Due to the silent nature of the session late arrivals cannot be admitted, thank you for understanding
· Please arrive in good time so you are well settled in (the doors will open 10 min before the start time).
💫 This event is NOT suitable for those with:
· Sound sensitive epilepsy
· Pregnant women (Sound Healing not suitable in first trimester)
· Deep vein thrombosis in the leg or known thrombi.
· Acute inflammations and tumours.
· Pacemaker or defibrillator (can not be placed on or near the affected area)
· A metallic implant (can not be placed on or near the affected area).
· If you are post surgery (before the sutures have been removed and the scar is not fully healed and closed).
· Severe tinnitus
· PTSD, Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or psychiatric condition.
· Raynaud’s Disease, Buerger's disease
· Under influence of alcohol or drugs
· Cardiovascular issues
· Severe mental illness
· Heavy Medic*tion
· Severe Asthma
*Always let us know if you have any implants, screws, artificial joints, inflamed joints and veins, inflammatory skin disorders, weeping eczema, diseased veins as they can not work near to this affected area.
