About this Event
Sunday Sound Bath Full Moon Ceremony - Reset Rebalance Realign
What is a Sound Healing?
Sound Healing is the use of sound frequencies and vibrations to take us into a deep meditative state of relaxation, restoring the body’s natural frequency and rhythms, bringing us back into balance and alignment.
Sound therapy goes back as far as to Ancient Greece. It has been used as a healing modality for centuries
Research has proven that sound therapy can induce a state of meditation, clear energetic blockages, unlock emotions, reduce muscle tension, facilitate overall healing on a physical and mental level. Other benefits also include, lower stress levels, relaxation and improving sleep quality.
Music lifts the soul & spirit as does sound healing, both are based on Scientific Research. Sound is energy - the sound waves create brain wave entrainment. In short this means the sound frequency waves from a Gong for example or Crystal Bowls sync up with our brain waves and alter our frequency from Beta to Theta (theta being the wave we experience before sleep or upon waking up).
The Full Moon of May is known as Flower Moon to signify the flowers that bloom during this month
Full moon sound baths are a powerful way to tap the luminous lunar energy and harness the energetic power of the moon's light.
A time of clearing anything that is no longer serving you, a time of being intentional about that which you wish to let go of and invite in new lighter energies, positive intentions, aspirations & welcome more light into your life.
