Julie facilitates deep states of relaxation using sound frequencies that help release tension, enhance relaxation, improve circulation, and stimulate the body’s healing mechanisms. Sink into a plush cushioned mat and warmed blankets for this journey into yourself. This is a limited spaces offering.
Sound Bath Healing also helps to reduce anxiety, improve mood and sleep, and foster a deeper sense of calm and ease. While attending a Sound Bath, you may experience various levels of rest and consciousness, while your body and nervous system enter reset and achieve calm and grounding. Her five bowl set of quartz bowls are tuned to 432 hertz, the frequency known to promote harmony with nature.
Julie is a certified Reiki practitioner and Sound Bath healer. A native of Baltimore and amazing mother. Having traveled to over 70 countries, her path to becoming a healer has brought her a mosaic of experience ranging from the expected to the extraordinary.
